Customer Service (Chinese)
(1 Year Contract)
Location: Bang Phli, Samut Prakan
Full Time: Mon. – Sat. (08:30 am. – 6:00 pm.)
Salary: As agreed
- Answer questions and solve problems for the shop (customer)
- Receive orders from customers and specify the location of the order to the warehouse clerk
- Record daily orders on an Excel file or internal system
- System: receiving products/loading products /confirming products out
- Check product condition and stock count
- Recond a returned product
- Contact the transportation company to pick up products
- Age: 20-38
- Genders: Male/Female
- Education Level: Vocational / Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent command of Chinese Mandarin is a must
- New graduates are also welcome
